Its the most feature packed phone. Its camera will definitely replace your point and shoot.
There are also the Samsung Galaxy S2 phones on all the carriers that are also very good phones. Great cameras one those as well although not as good as the iPhone 4S, but still pretty good. In terms of the highest performance in the fuidity of the phone, speed, camera, and screen quality, all these phones are pretty good but the HTC One X is the best of these.
